Marker taxon
Marker taxa are genera or species significantly differentially abundant between case and control groups, identified by differential abundance analysis (DAA). By default, MaAsLin2 is used as the DAA method. Users can also explore more information about -disease associations on the Associations page.
Marker taxon with fold change > 0 is enriched in the case group, while those with fold change < 0 are enriched in the control group.
