Cross-study Analysis enables comparative analysis of microbial biomarkers, alpha and beta diversity indices, and co-occurrence networks across studies. It supports cross-study analyses to identify robust microbial biomarkers and ecological characteristics across cohorts and countries, cross-disease analyses to uncover disease-specific and shared microbial features, and cross-sample site analyses to contrast microbial communities across sample site.
Example 1: conduct cross-study analyses based on the the selected sample site (e.g., nasal) and disease (e.g., chronic rhinosinusitis).
Example 2: conduct cross-disease analyses based on the the selected sample site (e.g., sputum).
Example 3: conduct cross-sample site analyses based on the the selected phenotype (e.g., COPD).
